The Seneshal is responsible for the running and organization of each group in the SCA.  The Seneschal acts as the President of each individual group.  He/She is the legal representative of the group. 

Exchequer - Lord Wilhelm von Ausburg (KC Clark)
The Exchequer (pronounced Ex-Check-er) is responsible for the finances of the group.  He/She is in charge of maintaining and reporting all financials of the group the appropriate entities.  The Exchequer is commonly referred to the Treasurer.

Safety is the #1 concern of the SCA and the Marshal is the person who takes safety very seriously.  The Marshal of a group makes sure that all fighters and their equipment (weapons & armor) meet the minimal safety requirements set forth by the Kingdom and Society.  The Marshal is also in charge of any fighting within the group whether it be a fighter practice or an event.  Marshals are the officials on the field. 

Minister of Arts & Sciences - Currently Vacant
The Arts & Sciences Officer is in charge of, you guessed it, Arts & Sciences.  Any competitions, displays or classes on any type of Arts or Science falls under the duties of the A&S Officer.

Herald - Currently Vacant
The herald is the person who helps people research their name and their family crest (also called a device).  They also help to submit the information to the Society Heralds so that it can be registered.  The herald is also the person who usually makes the announcements at events and in court.

Chatelaine - Currently Vacant
Whenever you go to a event or have questions when you are new or visiting, it is usually the Chatelaine who is there to help you.  The Chatelaine is the contact person of the group and they are available to provide assistance and answer any questions the public may have regarding the group or SCA in general.

Chronicler - Currently Vacant
What is a group without a newsletter?  The Chronicler is responsible for printed material for the group, including the newsletter.  The Chronicler acts as the editor and publisher of all printed material.

The Web Minister, an assistant under the Chronicler is in charge of all electronic media and publications of the group.  The Web Minister’s main duty is to maintain and run the group’s web site and any mailing lists.  Any comments about the website can be sent to him/her.
